- Perform Pricing activities of the Italian business on all LoB: Personal Loan & Mortgage (CPI), Health (Medex), "Cessione della Quinto" (CQS/P), Death and Disability, Personal Accident, Critical Illness and LTC in accordance with SCOR internal process and profitability Key indicators.
Both for proportional and non-proportional business
- Support business function on product development (pricing, risk & profitability) and on client services based on experience analyses
- Providing profitability report/analysis for Global and Regional Pricing/RM in business approval process
- Develop and assume the maintenance of the local pricing models, tools in accordance with SCOR process and methodology
- Contribute to the update of SCOR Best Estimate (BE) for the Italian market: review of pricing model assumptions
- Assume key role in experience analysis process:
- Collect data management from SCOR partners (Cedent, Broker, TPA)
- Providing analysis of actual vs expected experience
- Support project for the development of data pools and programs for data analysis
- Assume the monitoring on Medex, CPI, CQP/S portfolio ' s LoB in relation with other Experience Analysis Teams
- Collaborate with Finance functions providing estimation of future P&L accounts consistent with IFRS-17 principles
- Participates in community events like SCOR seminars, actuarial events.
**Knowledge**:
- Statistics and mathematics
- Knowledge of SAS, Visual Basic, Prophet (Alteryx, Python, R will be considered as a plus)
- Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Languages skills: Fluent in Italian & English (French and/or Spanish are a plus)
- Experience in Italian Health LoB will be appreciated
- At least 5 years work experience in insurance/reinsurance with a focus on actuarial issues, and significant experience in pricing in the Italian market
**Competences**:
- Excellent analytical skills in statistics and mathematics
- Good ability to deeply analyze data management results
- Capability to provide analysis and recommendations
- Rigorous way of working whilst flexible with a strong sense of priorities
- Team work and excellent communication skills
- Proactive and positive attitude.
Open mind to face non-standard risk valuation
- Availability to travel
**Required Education**:
- University degree in Actuarial Science or qualification or equivalency from a recognized actuarial organization
