Our distributed team delivers an outstanding combination of innovative technologies, purchasing convenience and pharmaceutical services through our industry-leading brands, including Thermo Scientific, Applied Biosystems, Invitrogen, Fisher Scientific, Unity Lab Services, Patheon and PPD.mRNA department at Monza is looking for a Supply Chain SpecialistManage the supply purchasing process and be proactive in answering Customer requests after alignment with internal functions such as Finance, Quality Operations, Business Management, Production, Quality.Specific main tasks will include:arrange and monitor inbound and outbound shipments of Customer material; coordinate warehouse schedule; prepare shipping documents; collaborate with couriers & freight forwardersissue invoices upon completion of products and serviceshandle Customer requestkeep SAP system updated with current informationcreate & update reportsrequest quotation for new item to be purchasedcreate new item code in SAPissue purchase requests and purchase orders to the supplier and monitor their shipmentsAs the Supply Chain Specialist you will have worked in a similar role and will have the following requirements:Preferrable degree in management, economics and industrial engineeringPrevious 1 or 2 years of experience or in purchasing or in customer service/import-export
