**Position**:
For our office in** Bologna** we are currently looking for a** Project Manager Junior **for our Connected Care Portfolio.

**You are responsible to**:
- Manage project among new markets regions
- Coordinate and interface with project stakeholders (product management, trainers, consultant, customer) to share actions
- Communicate with clients and teams to ensure they are updated on status of the project
- Work closely with the implementation and services teams, delegating tasks to team members as required
- Create project plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines and implementation approved budget
- Establish and share the project planning and milestones advancement, track project risks, action items, issues and decisions
- Organize steering committee internally or externally
- Write reports and track main decisions to be shared with the Business Unit board
- Assists in creating Statements of Work for projects and change requests
- Follow project resources and costs in accordance to the signed contract
- Maintain responsibility for project performance, cost, scope, schedule, quality and appropriate business measurements
**Requirements**:
**Required Skills**:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science (Applications), Engineering, Math, Science, Technology or related fields
- 3 -5 years' experience in Project Management activities
- PMP or Prince2 certification
- Fluent in English and Italian both spoken and written (at least B2 level)
- Strong organization and summarization capabilities
- Ability to work in a team environment and to build strong relationships both internally and externally
- Efficiency in communication at all levels, ability to obta
