**Responsabilità/Responsibility**:
Gestione Commessa dalla Conferma d'ordine sino al collaudo finale (inizio Garanzia)
Order management from the Confirmation of the order until the final acceptance test (Warranty start)
**Mansioni/Job duties**:
- Definisce lo scopo e gli obiettivi di progetto;
- Garantisce un continuo e adeguato aggiornamento dello status del progetto (internamente ed esternamente);
- Sviluppa e monitora il budget di progetto;
- Assicura il rispetto dei tempi del progetto;
- Gestisce in autonomia i rapporti con clienti e stakeholder di progetto, sviluppando un adeguato piano comunicativo per identificare e risolvere eventuali criticità di progetto;
- Prepara reportistiche di progetto per uso interno ed esterno al dipartimento PM;
- Coordina lo sviluppo, emissione e distribuzione della documentazione técnica necessaria;
- Coordina le attività tecniche ed amministrative presso cliente sino al collaudo (SAT) finale;
- Defines project purpose and goals;
- Ensures continuous and proper update of project status (internally and externally);
- Develops and tracks the project budget;
- Ensures compliance with project timelines;
- Manages relationships with clients and project stakeholders in autonomy, while developing an effective communication plan to identify and resolve any critical project issues;
- Prepares project reports for internal and external use by the PM department;
- Coordinates the development, release, and distribution of required technical documentation;
- Coordinates technical and administrative activities at the site of the client until final acceptance test (SAT);
**Corsi di Formazione/Studies - Training Courses**:
- Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria (preferibilmente Gestionale o Meccanica);
- Certificazione in Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II è un plus
- Master's degree in Engineering (preferably Management or Mechanical);
- Certification in Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II is a plus.
**Competenze Tecniche/Technical Skills**:
- Utilizzo metodologie Project Management (PMBOK o Prince II);
- Cost/Bdg Management;
- Planning;
- Analisi dei Rischi;
- Coordinamento Team multi disciplinari;
- Pacchetto MS Office (in particolare Word, Power Point, Excel);
- Microsoft Project.
- Conoscenza principi LEAN;
- Lettura disegno tecnico mediante applicativi bi - tridimensionali aziendali.
- Use of Project Management methodologies (PMBOK or Prince II);
- Cost/Bdg Management;
- Planning;
- Risk Analysis;
- Coordination of multi-disciplinary teams;
- MS Office package (especially Word, Power Point, Excel);
- Microsoft Project.
- Knowledge of LEAN principles;
- Reading technical drawing using two
- to three-dimensional company software.
