No Offer Description Type of teaching commitment: Without prejudice to the option between full-time and reduced hours employment, the candidate shall carry out his/her teaching activity within the single-cycle Master's Degree in Law, the Three-year Degree Course in Labor Consultant and Business Lawyer, the Master's Degree in Peace Studies, and in general, within the Courses held by the Law Department, in the Academic GIUR-11/B (Comparative Public Law).

Type of scientific commitments: The Professor is required to work with full maturity and scientific autonomy, characterised by originality of research interests, ranging in the field of comparative public law with the correct methodology and with the necessary historical-theoretical coordinates, concerning both the organisation of State powers and the relations between constitutional bodies and the protection of rights.

The Professor will also be required to carry out teaching, third mission and research activities, also with an interdisciplinary approach, with a special focus on issues related to systems of government and the protection of rights and minorities from a comparative and supranational perspective, also in relation to legal investigations connected with the emergence of new contemporary phenomena.

Rights and duties of the candidate: Those provided for by current legal provisions, by the Statute and the Regulations of the University of Brescia regarding the legal status of teaching staff.
