YOUR ROLE You will be leading a team of operators and supervisors running production 24/7 in a defined set of process and metrology operations to be executed in a Clean Room environment.
Main assignments for your position in your working shift will be: Ensure the appropriate allocation and adequacy of resources to the various tasks in their daily activities and the availability of tools and materials, in order to achieve the manufacturing objectives, maintaining a high level of motivation and sense of urgency in the team.Ensure that production activities are carried out in compliance with STMicroelectronics operating procedures and environmental, health and safety rules.Monitor production line performance and timely promote appropriate actions in case of deviations from the targets or crises (quality issues, equipment failures, urgent issues requiring revision of resources allocation).Promote proactively or contribute to improvement programs in your team and cross-functional.
YOUR SKILLS EXPERIENCES Bachelor's degree in science (physics, chemistry) or Engineering (mechanical, industrial, electronics) or Management Engineering.
OR High school technical or scientific diploma with = 5 years experience as team supervisor.Experience as team leader with more than 40 people in a manufacturing or industrial environment.Good knowledge of manufacturing processes and related resources management.Knowledge and practice of methods for planning and control of costs, safety, environment and quality.Ability to work by objectives.Good analysis, synthesis, reporting and presentation skills.Leadership: Move people to action and drive to the achievements of objectives, being able to adapt the leadership style, to get their maximum contribution.Fact-based decision maker.Very good communication skills, oriented to active and efficient listening.Ability and attitude to capture and develop the talents of his team members.Initiative, customer orientation, sense of urgency, flexibility.Good soft skills, especially in conflict management, is a plus.
