For our Distribution Solutions Division, located in Dalmine (BG), we are looking for a Product Specialist who will join the Product Management Team in the Apparatus (Grid Components) Local Product Group.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Product Management organization in managing and optimizing part of our products portfolio, being a focus point for internal and external stakeholders of assigned products.
The work model for the role is: #LI-Onsite You will be mainly accountable for: Performing various product life cycle activities supporting development, launch, maintenance, pricing, and profitability.
Conducting analyses about market, products, and competitors to define marketing plans to promote sales activities and identify offering gaps.
Proposing new product developments or enhancements to offer suitable and unique solutions to satisfy Customer needs.
Supporting the product development process from the preparation of a business case and project specification to product launch, assisting Global Product Management, Marketing, Sales teams, and all other Factory functions.
Collaborating with internal teams to resolve Customer issues and ensure Customer satisfaction.
Delivering new product trainings to internal teams and external Customers.
Qualifications for the role You are highly skilled in the use of the Office 365 package; SAP is considered a plus.
You have preferably 2-5 years of experience in the same field.
You are captivated by a collaborative and solution-focused approach, and you have strong written and spoken communication skills.
Degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar field.
You are at ease communicating in Italian and English, both written and spoken.
