A well-established company specializing in Software Development with offices in Nicosia, is working in partnership with GRS Recruitment to hire a Lead Consultant for their team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a group of people and handling a variety of projects for both local and international clients.
GRS Recruitment looks forward to receiving your CV for this Nicosia-based Lead Consultant role today.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESBe an expert in the software systems implemented by the company.Lead a group of people for a variety of projects for both local and international clients.Analyse client requirements, design solutions and compile functional and technical specifications.Perform installations of software and implementations of the specified solutions.Perform quality assurance and provide user training and handholding.Provide technical support remotely and on-site.Perform system maintenance and upgrades.Provide consulting to help clients use technology to optimise their operations.Participate in presentations to potential clients and the preparation of proposals.According to seniority, manage people and projects.CANDIDATE PROFILEHolder of a University degree in a relevant field.8+ years of previous working experience implementing complex software systems in a leadership role, including substantial experience in managing people and projects.Fluency in Greek and English, both written and verbal.Strong understanding of enterprise business processes.Some understanding of databases and database programming.Strong communication skills.COMPANY BENEFITSCompetitive remuneration package including discretionary bonuses.Provident Fund.Flexible working hours.Travel Allowance for travelling overseas.Training courses for professional development.Free coffee order daily.Weekly lunch.Due to the high volume of applications, we receive at GRS Recruitment, only shortlisted candidates will be responded to.
