Hierarchical relationship: HSE Superintendent

• The job holder will assist, within the Project Fenix team and under the HSE Superintendent's supervision, for

following-up, monitoring and supervising HSSE activities carried out by Contractors at the main yard during

Construction, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning phase, ensuring that HSSE contractual and technical

requirements are duly applied by Contractor and/or Subcontractors

• The job holder participates to routine and random inspections and audits, assists to daily / regular HSSE

meetings with Contractor, perform Safety tours... and ensure an adequate reporting (areas of concerns,

problems encountered in the implementation of HSSE both by subcontractor team and Contractor) to HSE

• As a general manner, the job holder shall provide assistance to the Project Construction team with all matters

related to HSSE.

• The job holder participates actively to the personnel safety, construction integrity and respect of the

environment and shall promote safety awareness at all levels through exemplary and pro-active attitude with

Project team and Contractor.

• The job holder is also accountable for demonstrating, individually, an exemplary behaviour with regard to HSE

rules & requirements.

Teams managed indirectly: Coordination with CTR HSE team at fabrication yard and subcontractors' workshops

located at different locations (Construction Yard and surroundings).

ACTIVITIES

1. To verify continuously that the Contractor is enforcing his contractual commitments; is implementing properly

his Contract HSSE plan and objectives, is safely, properly and timely performing his activities as per applicable

Project specifications, design and codes.

- Work in close coordination together with Contractor's site HSE team.

- Participate to KOM with Contractor/Subcontractors wrt HSSE matter, when required.

- Perform routine and random HSSE inspections on a daily basis in order to monitor Contractor HSSE

performance at Fabrication Site and offsite and ensure the follow up of corrective actions.

- Stop & report immediately to HSE Superintendent any anomaly, violation & unsafe practice.

- Interface with relevant Constrcution team and Contractor's HSE Supervisors on HSSE issues and on the

implementation of the Company HSSE requirements.

- Attend and participate in daily meetings and Toolbox Talks.

- Participate in the regular HSSE Committee meetings & Safety Tours.

- Participate to HSSE specific audits or visits.

- Provide regular HSSE inspection & activity reports.

- Implement in close liaison with HSE Superintendent appropriate corrective actions.

- Participate in the implementation of Safety Campaigns and Safety Initiatives.

2. In General:

- To provide HSSE advises to the CPY worksite team.

- To analyze / resolve HSSE issues and problems encountered by CPY worksite team.

- To implement HSSE methods for the supervision of the day-to-day activities.

- To enforce decisions/directions taken by CPY HSE SPDT.

- To participate to incident investigation, when required.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Languages: Fluency in Italian (oral and written) and English

Professional Experience: HSE positions in offshore projects. 10 years' experience as HSE Leader /Supervisor at

construction yard for offshore projects.
