Thermo Fisher Scientific sta cercando un Assistant Lead per il reparto di Visual Inspection sito nello stabilimento di Monza (MB). La risorsa opererà in un reparto dove viene eseguita la Visual Inspection (automatica, semi-automatica e manuale) di farmaci sterili in flaconi (forma liquida e liofilizzata) o siringhe pre-riempite. La risorsa, che riporta al Visual Inspection Supervisor, collaborerà quotidianamente con la qualità e tutte le altre funzioni del sito per raggiungere la soddisfazione del cliente e consegnare il prodotto ai pazienti.
L'Assistant Lead svolgerà un ruolo di coordinamento delle attività a lui / lei affidate assicurandosi di ottenere l'opportuna collaborazione degli operatori. L'Assistant Lead è responsabile del raggiungimento degli obiettivi di quantità e qualità delle attività di produzione del VI DPS. Questo ruolo comprende la pianificazione e il controllo delle attività di produzione del reparto su base giornaliera e settimanale, garantendo il rispetto delle procedure e degli standard aziendali, delle normative di sicurezza e ambientali e delle istruzioni dei superiori.
Responsabilità principaliPianificazione della produzione: Contribuire a garantire una pianificazione adeguata della produzione entro il periodo settimanale e giornaliero. Assegnare compiti agli operatori in base alle istruzioni del Planning e dello Scheduler di reparto.Supervisione e controllo qualità: Garantire che la produzione venga eseguita nel rispetto dei tempi e degli standard di qualità pianificati. Supervisionare le attività di produzione, inclusa la procedura di Visual Inspection. Controllare i Batch Record e la documentazione del reparto relativa alle attività svolte. Garantire il rispetto del master batch record rispettando le GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) e le procedure operative aziendali.Requisiti e qualificheLaurea in CTF, Chimica, Ingegneria Chimica o diploma con esperienza pregressa in un ruolo simile.Almeno due anni di esperienza nell'industria farmaceutica e / o alimentare (preferito).Competenza nelle lingue italiana e inglese.Forti capacità di gestione e coordinazione delle risorse.Ottime competenze di leadership.Disponibilità a lavorare su turni, inclusi turni continui e notturni.Responsabilità e flessibilità nel gestire le responsabilità lavorative.
