In this impactful role, you'll collaborate with Product Marketing and technical teams to optimize and harmonize the product portfolio, ensuring alignment across all divisions and geographies.
By analyzing supplier footprints and identifying opportunities for value creation, you'll enhance efficiency and streamline the supplier base to maximize benefits.
If you're passionate about strategic sourcing and making a real impact, this is your opportunity to drive innovation at FrankeCategory ManagementDevelop and implement medium and long term sourcing strategies in collaboration with CMO to ensure best TCO and security of supply for FrankeAlign strategy and tactics with other key stakeholdersCommunicate strategy to the organization to support implementationContract managementLead the relationship with suppliers in coordination with other functions: Product management, Quality, planningSupplier relationship and portfolio managementLead negotiations on a group levelTarget lowest global costs and highest value for Franke globallyManage relationship with strategic suppliersActively manage the portfolio in order to benefit from a group approach toward taps suppliers.Guarantee supply availabilityProject managementContinuously analyse the supply market to identify new opportunitiesAlign with all relevant business functions in achieving strategic company targetsSecure sharing of information and support for the local organisations and business unitsDevelop and participate in cross functional teamsImplements the use of framework agreements on projects as directedContinuous improvement of value and qualityImplement, support and ensure the use of relevant strategic sourcing processes of sourcing across the groupIdentify and implement cost savings opportunitiesCommunicate, co-operate and involve relevant stakeholders in order to drive the overall strategy.Engage and secure an open and direct dialogue with stakeholdersDrive continuous improvement from suppliers on service level, quality, TCO and innovationLeadershipLink with local and central teams to ensure best results for all partiesLead with strong support of product management team the supplier relationshipConnect with division buyers to ensure proper coordination around projects.Requirements - 5/10 years within Purchasing ideally with a knowledge of the tap industryWorked in a Matrix environmentExperience with managing internal and external customers.Ability to travel internationallyPost Graduate educationCommercial or technical educationFluent in English.ERP background – SAP preferred but not mandatoryTravelling 30-50% within ItalyWhat we offer you - Dynamic, international scale-up company as we blaze new trails and shape the future.Talented and passionate team that will give you the opportunity to learn from the best and grow your career.Flexible and balanced remote working conditionsOn site canteenAlexis DiazSenior Global Talent Acquisition Specialist#J-18808-Ljbffr
