Sodalis Group, leader italiano e tra le principali realtà europee indipendenti nel mondo Health, Beauty, Personal & Home Care, per la divisione Mass Market sta cercando una figura diSell-Out Manager:A riporto del Trade Marketing Manager Beauty & Mass Market, la figura si occuperà di sviluppare la strategia commerciale dell'area assegnata e gestire un team di In Store Specialist sul territorio.RESPONSABILITA':Gestire, in accordo con NAM e KAM, le attività promozionali locali e periferiche e l'implementazione di scaffali o extra visibilità continuativa sui pdv; Gestione, motivare e sviluppare le competenze del team di InStore Specialist; Definire i target per gli Instore Specialist, supportarli nella gestione dei clienti e ottimizzazione del giro visite; Assicurare e coordinare il corretto e tempestivo flusso informativo delle anomalie dal Field alla sede (NAM, AM, GDO Man) con il supporto del Responsabile Merchandising & Pricing; Preparare la reportistica relativa alle attività sul territorio e agli affiancamenti dei Instore Specialist; Sollecitare la performance, l'orientamento al risultato e il raggiungimento dei KPIs e dei target degli Instore Specialist, preparando la valutazione delle performance sia quantitative che qualitative; Supportare nella definizione della strategia del Panel Punti di Vendita degli In Store Specialist, focalizzando le attività dei Merchandiser su quelli a maggior potenziale; Responsabilità dell'execution delle attività di Sell-out nei punti di vendita; Svolgere attività di intelligence sulla competition nei punti di vendita; Affiancare giornalmente gli Instore Specialist (un affiancamento con ciascun ISS almeno ogni 2 settimane).REQUISITI:Preferibilmente laurea in Economia Aziendale, Ingegneria Gestionale, Marketing e Comunicazione (o simili); Minimo 5 anni di esperienza lavorativa in Vendite Field/Sede o ruoli complementari (in aziende di largo consumo o agenzie specializzate in servizi di Trade marketing e Merchandising); Sarà considerato unplus la conoscenza di programmi per la realizzazione di Planogrammi (Spaceman) o KANTAR; Capacità di coordinamento di persone/processi che coinvolgono molteplici attori e gestione delle relazioni interpersonali; Padronanza di Excele PowerPoint; Forte capacità motivazionale, coaching delle risorse e doti relazionali; Forte orientamento al risultato; Solida capacità di Problem Solving, proattività e orientamento al target accompagnate da grande capacità di adattamento e flessibilità in contesti dinamici.#J-18808-Ljbffr
