La risorsa ricercata è un* Senior UX Designer che verrà inserito all'interno della Direzione Marketing, con l'obiettivo di disegnare e ottimizzare le esperienze digitali di tutti i nostri utenti.
Principali attività:
Curare l'intero processo di design del prodotto, dalla fase di discovery a quella di delivery;
Tradurre le evidenze e gli insight emersi in fase di ricerca in spunti utili al design del prodotto;
Organizzare e facilitare workshop e sessioni di co-design;
Contribuire a disegnare nuove funzionalità o migliorare le funzionalità esistenti attraverso l'ascolto continuo degli utenti;
Contribuire alla diffusione di una cultura user-centered;
Coordinare i fornitori per garantire deliverable di qualità.

Minimum Requirements:
+5 anni di esperienza come UX Designer/Product Designer;
Laurea in UXD/Service Design/Human Computer Interaction;
Conoscenza approfondita delle logiche sottostanti ad un Design System;
Familiarità con le metodologie Agile e capacità di lavorare in un team cross-funzionale;
Ottima conoscenza di Figma;
Problem solving e capacità di comunicare in modo efficace le scelte di design, portando evidenze e dati a supporto;
Capacità di ricevere e rielaborare i feedback degli stakeholder e dell'intero team;
Goal-oriented e team player;
Un ricco portfolio che dimostri la partecipazione a progetti complessi (app e web).
