Job Description: The Trade Contract Specialist will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of trade contracts within the organization. This role involves negotiating, drafting, and ensuring compliance with contract terms to mitigate risks and optimize value for the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in contract law, exceptional negotiation skills, and a thorough understanding of international trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities: Draft, review, negotiate, and manage trade contracts, ensuring they meet legal requirements and company standards. Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with trade contracts, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. Lead negotiations with vendors, suppliers, and clients to secure favorable terms and conditions. Ensure all trade contracts comply with international trade regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Maintain accurate and organized records of all contracts, amendments, and related correspondence. Work closely with legal, finance, procurement, and operational teams to ensure contract terms are aligned with company objectives. Track contract performance and obligations, ensuring all parties adhere to agreed-upon terms and conditions. Handle any contract-related disputes or issues, working towards amicable and fair solutions. Prepare and present regular reports on contract status, performance, and risks to senior management. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field. An advanced degree or certification in contract management is a plus. Minimum 5+ years of experience in contract management, legal operations, or operation in trading companies. Experience in a trading company legal department. Strong knowledge of contract law and legal principles, with a focus on drafting and negotiating contracts. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Benefits: Competitive salary and performance-based incentives. Yearly bonuses. Remote work.
