Strategic Sales Manager

Our client, an industry-leading chemical corporation, is expanding its team in Italy and is on the lookout for a driven Strategic Sales Manager. With a focus on saline-based product sales, this position is a prime opportunity for an experienced professional ready to drive revenue and expand market reach within key industries. Key Responsibilities: Forge and cultivate relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure a deep understanding of their needs, delivering tailored solutions that provide a competitive market edge. Spearhead the development and execution of targeted sales strategies, aiming to capture revenue growth and enhance market share in Italy. Act as a trusted advisor by providing comprehensive expertise in saline products and their applications across various sectors. Proactively research and analyze market trends and competition to uncover new business opportunities within the saline product sector. Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and technical support, to ensure alignment on customer needs and product offerings. Identify and capitalize on new business prospects, particularly within industries such as automotive, construction, electronics, and specialty chemicals. Minimum Requirements: Demonstrated expertise in business development or sales within the chemical industry, with a preference for experience in saline product sales. Proficient knowledge of saline chemistry and its application across multiple industries. Bilingual fluency in Italian and English, essential for effective client communication and team collaboration. Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline (preferred). Proven negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a solid client-focused approach. Willingness to travel throughout Italy and, as necessary, internationally. Compensation and Benefits: Competitive salary package up to €120k, based on experience, including performance-based bonuses and a full benefits suite.
