Brain Technologies is an Italian engineering company founded in Turin in 2008 by a group of people passionate about technology and innovation.We are actively involved in the projects of the most representative national and international industrial entities in the fields of Embedded Systems, Advanced Control Systems, Hardware Design, Innovative Product Development, and Mechatronic Systems.Every day we combine the creativity and skills of our team with the most advanced technologies in a continuous process of evolution.Brain Technologies is composed of people who, through their synergy, aim to achieve challenging missions; we believe that personal satisfaction and human relationships are the key to growth.We make our work our daily passion.www.brain-tech.itPosizione:Brain Technologies is searching for:TIA Portal Expert with expertise in naval propulsion applications.The TIA Portal Expert will play a key role in designing, programming, and optimizing automation solutions for marine propulsion systems using Siemens TIA Portal software.The candidate will be responsible for:Design, develop, and implement control strategies for marine propulsion systems using Siemens TIA Portal software.Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate automation solutions into naval propulsion systems, ensuring seamless operation and performance.Conduct system analysis and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues related to TIA Portal programming and configuration.Develop and maintain documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and test procedures.Provide technical support and training to project teams and end-users on TIA Portal software and naval propulsion systems.Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in TIA Portal software and automation technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement.Workplace: Milan Requisiti:Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or a related field.Proven experience in programming and configuring Siemens TIA Portal software for industrial automation applications, preferably in the marine or naval industry.Strong knowledge of PLC programming languages (e.g., ladder logic, structured text) and HMI development using TIA Portal.Familiarity with marine propulsion systems, including diesel engines, electric propulsion systems, and auxiliary systems.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex automation issues.Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Experience with project management methodologies and tools is a plus.Certification in Siemens TIA Portal programming is desirable.What we offer: An employment contract commensurate with your profile Responsibility and growth opportunities Flexible and dynamic environment Flat organizational structure International environment Welfare benefits Health insuranceAltre informazioni:brain Technologies is an Equal Opportunity Employer and employment selection decisions are based on merit, qualifications, and abilities.
