We are currently recruiting for a Subsea Mechanical Engineer to join the Engineering team based in Milan ItalyOverall Purpose of the Job Responsible for engineering activities within a designated Engineering business area. Undertake general Engineering tasks as directed by Supervisor / Manager to enable the progress and completion of related projects.Key Activities And AccountabilitiesProduce the required Engineering documentation then check for compliance with industry standards and policies and proceduresRecord Engineering documents into PDM system and configure as requiredActively participate in Engineering meetings with internal and external partiesUpload information to Engineering databases and use technical software packages as requiredLiaise with other technical departments on work produced to ensure that any calculations and analysis is fit for purposeManage project interfaces with third party suppliers to ensure delivery and agreed standard of work as per project /planPerform any trials or simulations as required by projectKeep abreast of advances in technology or methodologyLiaise with internal and external departments as and when required to ensure all questions and queries are resolved and liaise with manager on any issues or concernsRequirementsJob Knowledge And QualificationsDegree in engineering or a relevant engineering disciplineRelevant work experience within a related industryProficient in use of technical software packages such as Auto CAD#J-18808-Ljbffr
