We revolutionize road freight logistics by making it simpler, quicker, and more cost-efficient to move loads across Europe.We are looking for a proactive and organized Office Manager to support the daily workflow and operations of our Milan office.
As sennder Italia Office Manager, you will take care of our office and people, organize and manage events, and ensure employee wellbeing.The successful sennder Italia Office Manager is an energetic professional.
You should be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative duties and executive support-related tasks and able to work independently with little or no supervision.Responsibilities:Support the organizational and daily workflow in our Milan office.Act as the primary reference for employees, addressing daily office-related questions and concerns.Ensure office efficiency by planning and executing equipment procurement, layouts, and office systems.Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and standards to streamline operations.Organize and manage team events, including small events or monthly parties.Maintain a sufficient daily supply of food and drinks for the office.Coordinate office maintenance, cleaning crews, and external service providers.Support the People Team with internal communication and engagement activities.Ensure compliance with internal processes, office policies, and relevant regulations.Assist with managing contracts and price negotiations with office vendors.Maintain and improve supplier relationships.Ensure compliance with Health Safety policy.Manage office expenses and budgets.Coordinate with the IT department on all office equipment needs.Provide general support to office visitors.Minimum Requirements:2 years experience as an Office Manager or Event Manager in fast-paced environments.Able to manage time and priorities in a highly demanding environment.Fully proficient in both Italian and English.Open-minded, reliable, self-confident, and resilient.Preferably advanced Excel knowledge.At sennder, we want to maximize the individual potential of all employees and reinforce an inclusive culture and environment of continuous learning that empowers people to succeed as a team.Benefits:Dynamic scale-up with an international team of 1000+ people.Learning and development opportunities.Various opportunities to connect with colleagues through regular team events.Prioritize employee engagement and mental well-being.Free gym on-site.Vibrant offices complete with healthy snacks and social areas.If you have any questions or need special accommodation please reach out to us at ******.
