Gestione dell'agenzia: Elaborare un business planGestire il vostro P&LDefinire la strategia di vendita in relazione al mercatoCollaborare con l'ufficio di Milano e l'ufficio estero in Francia, Belgio, Spagna e CanadaSviluppo del business: Creare nuove opportunità di business con clienti potenziali e attualiRaccogliere le esigenze tecniche e progettuali dei clienti offrendo loro i nostri serviziRedigere proposte commerciali e negoziare contratti e condizioniCreare partnership sostenibili per fidelizzare i clienti.Gestione di un team: Ricerca e selezione di nuovi talenti per i team di consulenzaGestire il proprio teamLavorare con il team HR allo sviluppo dei percorsi di carriere del propio team- 5 anni di esperienza come Business Manager in ambito consulenziale
