**RESPONSABILITÀ PRIMARIE**:
La risorsa dovrà garantire la gestione, la manutenzione preventiva e straordinaria delle macchine di produzione, si occuperà di:
- Coordina le attività del reparto Maintenance, valutandone i fabbisogni in termini di manodopera ed individuando la migliore soluzione in termini organizzativi e di costi per la realizzazione del programma di produzione;
- Assicura il buon funzionamento delle strutture e la gestione delle risorse nel rispetto del budget di competenza;
- Promuove, verifica, supervisiona e garantisce il costante aggiornamento della documentazione relativa alle procedure di uso delle macchine di produzione;
- Promuove adeguate strategie di manutenzione preventiva e predittiva, attraverso il coordinamento delle attività dei Preventive & Predictive Machine Maintenance Operator, gestendo il piano di manutenzione preventiva e verificandone la puntuale realizzazione;
- Coordina gli interventi di manutenzione nei casi di guasti imprevisti, attivando all'occorrenza l'intervento di terzi;
- Collabora a progetti di miglioramento e di recupero efficienza organizzativa e produttiva all'interno dello Stabilimento di Milano;
- Collabora con l'Engineering Manager e con l'Operations Manager nell'individuazione ed acquisto di nuove macchine e/o impianti in funzione delle esigenze dello Stabilimento e segue l'installazione e la messa in funzione per le parti di sua competenza;
- Garantisce l'adeguato livello di addestramento tecnico e GMP, in collaborazione con la Quality Unit, del personale affidatogli;
- Definisce, gestisce e monitora i costi e il budget dei centri di costo afferenti ai Reparti/attività di sua responsabilità;
- Collabora alla realizzazione di progetti di recupero efficienza e produttività nonché di iniziative di Lean Manufacturing;
- Verifica e garantisce il corretto approvvigionamento ed utilizzo dei materiali consumabili di reparto.
**REQUISITI**:
- Conoscenza manutenzione ordinaria, preventiva, reattiva;
- 3/5 anni di esperienza nel ruolo;
- Conoscenza sistemi di manutenzione;
- Competenze Lean Manufacturing;
- Conoscenza gestione Budget;
- Esperienza nella gestione, per la parte manutentiva, di Audit/Enti regolatori/Clienti;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Gradito titolo di studio in ing.
Meccanica o affini.
