1, con regolare iscrizione al collocamento mirato.
La risorsa selezionata, sarà inserita nel team di Facility & Hospitality occupandosi di: ·Organizzazione, riordino e ripristino dei materiali mancanti nelle sale meeting, allestimento delle stesse, rifornimento del materiale di cancelleria e assistenza tecnica durante proiezioni e video confernze ·Supervisione delle sale meeting e gestione degli interventi in caso di manutenzione ordinaria e straordinaria; ·Supporto all'Ufficio forniture cancelleria per approvvigionamento al piano di articoli di cancelleria e dei dispositivi di sanificazione; ·Supervisione del corretto utilizzo delle postazioni di lavoro secondo politiche aziendali e protocolli di sicurezza; ·Verifica prima dell'inizio delle riunioni e meeting, della funzionalità degli apparati audio/video ·Supporto alla segreteria nella compilazione di file e reportistiche.

Si offre contratto diretto, 12 mesi iniziali CCNL COMMERCIO 4 Livello Full time Tk del valore di 8€ per ogni giornata lavorativa Sede di lavoro: Roma 00187 L'offerta è rivolta a candidat? nel rispetto del Dlgs 198/2006 e dei Dlgs 215/2003 e 216/2003.
