Position SnapshotNestlé Purina, Milan HQ (Assago) Permanent ContractAt least 2 years of experience in Demand or Supply PlanningFluent in Italian and EnglishNestlé welcomes people with disabilitiesPosition SummaryIn this role you will work in our Planning department in Purina Petcare category, ensuring food supplies and demand forecasting.A Day in the Life of a Demand and Supply Planner Develop, maintain and improve a Demand Plan at SKU level and on weekly basis for a portfolio of products, which represents the most realistic estimate of customer demandEnsure the alignment of this Demand Plan with internal and external partners through the Monthly Business Planning and Collaborative Planning processesIdentify and manage exceptions, and monitor performance in order to continually improve the quality and reliability of the Demand Plan and the Company's ability to sense and respond to changing circumstancesReview historical sales trends and evaluate statistical forecast resultsConsistently achieve sustainable Demand Plan Accuracy and variability BIAS balanceResponsible for IMSP receiver activities and IR projects management for the assigned productsEnsure the timely availability and freshness of products to meet the desired Customer Service LevelMinimize Working CapitalWhat will make you successfulKnowledge of forecasting processes and planning tools, Excel, SAP, SASInitiative and ProactivityStrong communication skillsMental agility, insight, analysis and synthesisFluent Italian and EnglishWho We Are, What We Believe In We are Nestlé.
