The award-winning ghd tools are used by 200,000 stylists around the world and sold in 30+ countries and more than 45,000 premium salons.Renowned for game changing innovation and superior performance, at ghd we are on a mission to transform lives with the power of a good hair dayJOB ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIESWe are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner capable of leading all business processes related to People Culture, helping in the development of a professionally stimulating working environment capable of maximising each person's potential.The Senior HR Business Partner, reporting directly to the Managing Director, will therefore be a key player in supporting and contributing to the growth of the company, helping to improve performance in core processes and always in line with the ghd corporate values.The Senior HR Business Partner will also manage an HR Generalist and will have the following main responsibilities:Key leadership role, drive ghd global People processes policies within ghd Italy, member of the country leadership team and Global HR Leadership team.Key projects to onboard ghd Italy to the global Wella HR system.Development and implementation of HR strategies in order to promote a positive and professionally motivating working environment.Lead on all personnel recruiting/induction/onboarding processes: induction, relations with APL, head hunting companies.Definition and implementation of targeted personnel training and development plans according to both company needs and objectives and the career paths of internal resources.Management of all internal processes with Global HQ, both in terms of alignment and sharing of strategies and initiatives and reporting on HR issues/areas.Custodian of HR reporting data for Global, ensuring high levels of data reliability.Implementation and supervision of HR processes such as Performance and Salary Review, Talent grading Mapping, in coordination and alignment with the dept.
HR Global.Supporting manager to develop their teams through annual develop process and 1 to 1 coaching, assist managers to identify trained needs and sourcing appropriate training vendors aligned with business need and budgets.Supervision of all activities and processes related to People admin (attendance and payroll and personnel administration practices, etc.
), coordinating and managing the external payroll office.Driving high levels of employee engagement through leadership of the annual engagement survey, expert to understand the survey, the data conducting the analysis, facilitating the delivery of "People Engagement" activities, in line with ghd's HR strategy and "Core Values".Supporting the Sales Director in some of the activities of Sales Force management (in particular in the recruitment phase and insertion of one-firm agents for the professional channel).Supporting the various department heads in defining and maintaining organizational charts, clear job profiles consistent with assigned roles, responsibilities and activities.Managing and coordinating internal and in-house activities and events.Supervision of Health Safety procedures, in cooperation with RSPP.Supervising office management activities directly related to the creation of a pleasant working environment.REQUIREMENTSUniversity degree, preferably in humanities, economics or law.In-depth expertise in all major HR and privacy areas and topics.At least 8+ years' experience in Human Resources with 3+ years at a Senior level.Ability to influence business leaders and take principled, ethical decisions.Flexibility and operational autonomy, excellent organisational skills.Great empathy, proactivity and ability to create positive and constructive relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.Ability to manage teams and dedicated resources.Positive and constructive leadership, always following a lead by example approach on ghd's core values.Excellent knowledge of the English language.Good knowledge of Office package (Power point and Excel in particular).VALUESWe at ghd are proudly committed to our Company Values, and aim to attract and retain employees who live our Values.Collaborative – We work together to create the extraordinary.Creative – We foster creativity excellence to create value for our brands and business.Courageous - We are agile, entrepreneurial we own our future.Connected - We stay connected and ensure we are always consumer first.Committed - We are responsible for our impact on others the planet.
