Mission of The Role: Responsible for strategy in the Meetings & Events segment What will you have to do? Define the global strategy for the MICE business.Ensure the implementation of the sales strategy for the MICE Segment in the different Hotels.Participate in planning projects and defining priorities related to the MICE segment.Responsible for implementing strategy for all segments for hotels under their responsibility.Monitor the sales objectives for the MICE business source/segment.Manage relationships with MICE Key Accounts on a global level.Lead the contracting of new accounts in the segment.Develop relationships with key accounts to maximise revenue.Who are we looking for? At least 2 years of experience in the same role.Degree in Tourism, Hospitality or similar.Italian and advanced English.Knowledge and business B2B, Corporate and MICE contacts.Great ability to communicate and negotiate.Knowledge of PMS Opera Cloud and Focus tools.Availability to travel.At Meliá we are all VIP Great professionals who make everyday life easier and exceptional.
