**Posizione**:
Stiamo selezionando Restaurant Manager per importante l' hotel Cipriani Belmond, noto ed affermato Albergo 5 stelle lusso situato nel centro storico di Venezia.
La figura inserita, riportando all'F&B Manager dell'hotel, avrà la responsabilità della gestione del ristorante ORO, 1 stella Michelin, situato all'interno della strutture.
In collaborazione con lo Chef la risorsa dovrà operare in perfetta sintonia con le strategie aziendali per dare valore al locale e contribuire, al tempo stesso, alla crescita dei propri collaboratori.
Obiettivo principale rimane ovviamente la soddisfazione degli ospiti e la qualità del servizio erogato.
Principali responsabilità:
- Organizzazione e programmazione del servizio;
- Aggiornamento e formazione del propri collaboratori in un'ottica di sviluppo e di crescita verso nuove tendenze nella gestione degli ospiti;;
- Gestione delle relazioni con i fornitori;
- Monitoraggio e controllo del risultato economico del locale;
- Mantenere un collegamento costante e continuo con gli altri reparti dell'albergo per garantire l'eccellenza del servizio;
- Rispettare le pratiche di lavoro sicure, la politica di salute e sicurezza e assicurarsi che eventuali problematiche siano segnalate tempestivamente.
**Requisiti**:
- Esperienza pregressa in alberghi e/o ristoranti di lusso, possibilmente stellati.
- Spiccate doti di leadership e di gestione dei collaboratori;
- Capacità di ascolto e forte orientamento allo sviluppo delle risorse;
- Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese; la conoscenza di un'altra lingua straniera (meglio se francese) è considerata un plus;
- Inserimento a partire da subito.

- Contratto a termine lungo (almeno 9 mesi di stagione)
- Alloggio singolo in struttura.
