Translated is looking for a talented Associated Quality Manager to join our Operations team at our headquarters in Rome.
As a member of the Quality Management team, your responsibilities will include:
Analyzing any potential problems related to the quality of service (translation, revisions, DTP, LQA, etc.
);
Implementing and measuring results of action plans to correct those problems (such as training courses for linguists, webinars, training materials, etc.
);
Managing a team of external Language Leads, supporting and motivating them in their work to drive up quality for their locale;
Being in close contact with translators in order to motivate them and support them in achieving high quality
Basic requirements
Excellent knowledge of English and preferably other two languages
Excellent computer and web skills required
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Preferred experience in the translation industry
Preferred working experience or University studies in business, management or translation.
