All'interno della Direzione Industriale del South West Europe, il Capital Project Team è responsabile delle fasi di proposta e di esecuzione di importanti investimenti volti ad ampliare, sviluppare, rinnovare gli impianti industriali di nostra proprietà e gestiti dal Gruppo Air Liquide nei paesi del cluster South West Europe (SWE). A seconda delle dimensioni e della complessità dei progetti, lo Specialista Elettrico Senior sarà assegnato a uno o più progetti per i quali svolgerà le seguenti attività:Fase di definizioneesamina e individua le soluzioni tecniche individuando la macchina più idonea al servizio richiesto, in conformità con gli standard aziendali e le specifiche del progetto,collabora alla stesura del budget di progetto e alla stima costi, alle richiesta di quotazione e alla verifica dell'offerta tecnica, e si interfaccia per la parte tecnica con i fornitori,da supporto nella valutazione dei rischi, definendo l'ambito di applicazione e fornendo un supporto tecnico per garantire soluzioni sicure e affidabili,da supporto durante la preparazione della pianificazione delle attività di progetto e nella quantificazione delle man-hours.Fase di esecuzionefornisce il supporto e verifica la progettazione di base (data-base, data-sheets, specifications, control strategy, etc.) e la progettazione di dettaglio in conformità alle procedure aziendali e alle specifiche di progetto,supporta l'ufficio acquisti identificando, pre-selezionando e qualificando i fornitori delle macchine,quando segue il progetto come Machinery Engineer, sviluppa i documenti di progetto e le richieste di offerta, complete di tutti i relativi allegati (schede tecniche, specifiche, ITP, requisiti documentali del fornitore, ecc,);effettua l'allineamento tecnico delle offerte con i fornitori elaborando la rispettiva tabulazione tecnica;supporta l'ufficio acquisti durante la fase di definizione dell'ordine di acquisto delle macchine,dopo l'emissione dell'ordine d'acquisto ne segue il follow-up (documentazione, ispezioni, test, ecc.) verificando la documentazione tecnica prodotta dai fornitori;durante la fase di costruzione supporta il cantiere per tutte le questioni tecniche relative alle macchine,quando il carico di lavoro del dipartimento richiede il supporto di personale esterno (fornitori di servizi, società di ingegneria), il Machinery Engineer svolgerà la funzione di supervisore e coordinatore delle risorse esterne;prepara la richiesta di offerta per i servizi di Machinery Engineering necessari, per l'emissione verso società o professionisti esterni;gestisce le attività di progettazione esterne, il rispetto dei tempi, dei costi previsti dal progetto e della qualità tecnica, in linea con i requisiti progettuali e contrattuali e con gli standard/procedure aziendali.Altre attività:analizza i documenti di progetto e i contenuti contrattuali relativi alle macchine, nonché gli allegati tecnici disponibili, evidenziando le eventuali incongruenze;definisce e individua le macchine in conformità ai requisiti tecnologici, tecnici, contrattuali, economici e agli standard aziendali;redige il programma di lavoro per l'attività di Machinery Engineering e aggiorna l'avanzamento delle attività, assicurando il rispetto delle tempistiche di progetto e delle ore uomo di ingegneria preventivate;si interfaccia con gli altri dipartimenti tecnici dell'azienda (processo, strumentazione e automazione, parte elettrica ecc.) per garantire un adeguato flusso di informazioni necessarie a un corretto sviluppo tecnico del progetto;supporta il PM e il PE nella fase di progettazione in relazione al funzionamento della macchina,partecipa alle riunioni di revisione del progetto secondo quanto definito dai project manager (Kick-off Meeting, Ready for Start-up Review, capitalizzazione);supporta i team operativi;svolge il ruolo di Machinery Expert e verifica la progettazione;svolge attività di supporto e supervisione durante la fase di costruzione;svolge attività di supporto durante le fasi di pre-commissioning e commissioning.Are you a MATCH?Profiloalmeno 10 anni di esperienza come Machinery Engineer in società di ingegneria o uffici tecnici di produttori/rappresentanti di macchine;diploma tecnico (perito meccanico) o laurea triennale, magistrale in ingegneria meccanica, termotecnica, aeronautica ed energetica;conoscenza del funzionamento e delle varie tipologie di macchine (compressori, pompe, turbine, ecc.);conoscenza delle norme e dei regolamenti internazionali inerenti le macchine;la conoscenza di base dei processi di produzione dei gas industriali è un plus;conoscenza fluente dell'italiano e dell'inglese (altre lingue come il francese o lo spagnolo sono un plus).Competenze:buone capacità relazionaliaffidabilitàcapacità di lavorare in teambuone capacità di coordinamentodinamicità e flessibilitàorientamento al risultatocapacità di analisi e problem solvingdisponibilità a trasferte sia in Italia che all'esteroOur Differences make our PerformanceAt Air Liquide, we are committed to build a diverse and inclusive workplace that embraces the diversity of our employees, our customers, patients, community stakeholders and cultures across the world.We welcome and consider applications from all qualified applicants, regardless of their background.
