Il nostro cliente è un'azienda leader nella progettazione e produzione di macchinari utilizzati in ambito di ricerca scientifica.
Stiamo ricercando una figura di SERVICE ENGINEER, che risponderà direttamente al Service Manager e si occuperà delle seguenti attività:
Visitare i clienti in Italia per installazioni, riparazioni, interventi di manutenzione preventiva, validazioni e training, attenendosi al regolamento aziendale.Raccogliere feedback dal campo, con il fine di contribuire al miglioramento continuo dei prodotti/servizi dell'azienda, per aumentarne la qualità e l'affidabilità.Pianificare l'intervento verificando la disponibilità di materiali, attrezzi e parti di ricambio, ed essere responsabile della loro preparazione ed eventuale spedizione, in quest'ultimo caso interfacciandosi con il responsabile della Logistica per coordinare il trasporto.Redigere fogli di intervento, reports, e segnalare alle funzioni aziendali interne informazioni concernenti i prodotti (malfunzionamenti, suggerimenti di miglioramento, suggerimenti per nuovi prodotti, etc.) provenienti dal campo.Fornire assistenza "a distanza", sia tramite telefono che via mail, guidando il cliente e/o il dealer alla soluzione del problema attraverso chiare procedure, in sicurezza.Partecipare alla stesura della documentazione relativa all'assistenza (procedure, spare part lists, schemi, documenti per l'Area riservata del sito web).
Requisiti Fondamentali
Capacità di lettura del disegno meccanicoCompetenze elettrotecnicheHai almeno tre anni di esperienza in un ruolo analogo su equipment da laboratorio o macchinari da laboratorio di media complessità
Sede di Lavoro: Latina
Modalità di lavoro: Su campo (Il ruolo richiede di effettuare interventi quotidiani presso clienti situati nel territorio di Latina e centro Italia).
