You will need to login before you can apply for a job.Marketing Senior Manager Ukraine/Moldova/Romania Position Overview:The position is aimed to support Ukraine, Moldova and Romanian markets.
The selected candidate will be located in Romania.Function Related Activities/Key Responsibilities:Develop short and mid-term business/brand plans identifying business objectives, strategies, key initiatives and performance measurements by using insights collected from situation assessment, marketplace information, etc.
in order to support the brand and business objectives.Drive bottler alignment on the marketing agenda, including portfolio priorities and category/brand strategies and plans (objectives, DME investments, success metrics and activity calendars, including Innovation projects and IMX Campaigns) in partnership with CCL (Customer and Commercial Leadership) and Franchise Leadership.Assess attractive local Operating Unit (OU) consumer opportunities that are currently untapped by the Company by leveraging consumer research in order to identify new volume and profit growth areas (e.g., new beverage sub-categories, new packaging opportunities, new merchandise categories, new channels of distribution to sell licensed merchandise).Provide input on OU and Market level portfolio strategy, brand plans (activities, calendars, execution of allocated DME) and local innovation opportunities, and to OU IMP team for localization and/or real-time amplification at Market-levelParticipate in agile projects for the development of OU and Market-level innovation and campaignsProvide direction, leadership and coaching to 3 Brand Managers and to members of project teams.Lead cross-functional teams on work assignments and tasks; provide direction and manage timeline milestones to achieve KPIs and desired objectives.Manage local brand('s/s') Net Revenue, Gross Profit, DME to deliver the OU brand growth and financial targets.Education Requirements:• Bachelor's degree requiredRelated Work Experience:Brand management / marketing experience.
Experience across multiple categories and innovation experience (demonstrated ability to lead a concept from idea to shelf) is considered a plusFunctional Skills:Ability to understand market dynamic, competitive moves/understanding and design relevant plans to win in the market, leveraging business, finance and commercial insights.Ability to adapt to changing environment and cross correct in due time, scenario planning thinking.Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with key partners (category marketing teams, bottler, external agencies), and ability to influence and negotiate with internal and external cross-functional stakeholders.Proven record of leadership impact and coaching teams.
