Il nostro Cliente è uno storico Gruppo di piccole-medie dimensioni con HQ in provincia di Monza e sedi produttive e commerciali in tutto il mondo, operante nel settore Food.
Per il rafforzamento della struttura Finance, in vista di una nuova riorganizzazione aziendale dettata dalla crescita esponenziale del Gruppo, siamo alla ricerca di una figura di Accounting & Controlling Manager.
Sede: Provincia di Monza - disponibilità a trasferte internazionali

Il tuo nuovo ruolo
La risorsa, a diretto riporto del CEO, nonché della proprietà, coordinerà la funzione Accounting supervisionando il team che gestisce il ciclo attivo, il ciclo passivo e la contabilità generale, prendendo parte alla predisposizione del bilancio d'esercizio e interfacciandosi con tutti i stakeholder interni ed esterni, nazionali ed internazionali.
In qualità di Responsabile dell'area Finance, avrà l'opportunità di strutturare ed efficientare la funzione di Controllo di Gestione, principalmente industriale.
Inoltre, a stretto contatto con la proprietà e il Board Management, prenderà parte ad attività strategiche e processi decisionali per le sedi italiane ed estere, per cui viene richiesta la possibilità a recarsi, di tanto in tanto, presso le consociate.

Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successo
Siamo alla ricerca in un professionista laureato in discipline economiche e con circa 8-15 anni di esperienza in ruoli di prima linea nelle funzioni Accounting & Controlling.
Ai fini della selezione è assolutamente necessario avere un'ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, in quanto questa figura si interfaccerà quotidianamente con i colleghi all'estero.
Si richiede la disponibilità a viaggiare, più volte l'anno, presso le sedi estere.
Ricerchiamo professionisti che abbiano voglia di mettersi in gioco e che prediligano contesti dinamici e sfidanti e ruoli sia operativi che manageriali.
Completano il profilo: buone doti comunicative e relazionali, flessibilità, predisposizione alla collaborazione e dedizione per il lavoro.
