We are looking for a new colleague to join our DNV Business Assurance team in Vimercate, Italy for the Stage Support Commercial Officer role. The aim of the role is to support the Sales Team & Operation Team in administrative activities. This is a temporary role, initially for 6 months, with the potential for extension. The main tasks will include: Keeping high data quality in the internal CRM system Evaluation of existing contracts/projects Maintenance of existing client portfolio Managing relationships with clients Work is mainly office-based, with some possibility of remote work What we offer: Strong company culture with emphasis on competence development Strong collaboration approach (you will be part of a dynamic team and organization) International working environment Great colleagues who value teamwork and support Interesting and challenging tasks Thorough onboarding process Fixed reimbursement (800.00 Euro per month 8.00 Euro meal voucher per day) 6-month contract (with a possibility to extend) Requirements: Excellent Italian skills required – both written and verbal. Fluent English required (written and verbal). Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration , Economics , Finance , Management , or a related field is preferred (not explicitly required but could be beneficial for the role). Experience with CRM systems for managing client portfolios, contracts, and maintaining high-quality data. Working proficiency in MS Office. Ability to work independently, using own initiative, as well as part of a team. Proactive and positive approach.
