We are looking for a resource to be included in the Technology Area of the Technology & Operations Management Department of WL MS Italia.
**Day-to-Day Responsibilities**
You collaborate:
- with the technological and business areas of WL MS Italia with the aim of managing it services related to the world of Acquiring on progettuality and on assets in operation
- with WL structures for all shared projects and services provided
- with the IT structures responsible for the management of Processes and Procedures
You ensure:
- full adherence of the implemented solutions to the requirements of Business, Compliance, to the engineering rules adopted by the Company and borrowed from the Group as well as to the roadmap of technological evolution;
- in collaboration with your Manager and with the IT and company structures in charge, the correct governance of IT costs
- the definition and continuous monitoring of SLAs and KPIs and related services provided by suppliers as well as managing, in collaboration with the IT structures in charge
- support in management of first-level controls

- You can guarantee the full adherence of the implemented solutions to the requirements of Business, Compliance, to the engineering rules adopted by the Company and borrowed from the Group as well as to the roadmap of technological evolution
- You've got knowledge in the definition and continuous monitoring of SLAs and KPIs and related services provided by suppliers as well as managing, in collaboration with the IT structures in charge
- Ability collaborate: in particular, knowing how to work in teams and / or with different teams, achieving results and cooperating in the common interest and respect for all components
- Motivation within the ability to adapt to a highly evolving context with potential changes in priorities in daily activities and attention to detail/orient to the result
- Good knowledge in IT services (project management/service management and incident management), and cost control processes
- 2-3 years working in role
