**Profilo ricercato**: Junior Product Manager
**Sede di lavoro**: tra provincia di Padova e Vicenza - smart working (2/3 gg/week)
A riporto gerarchico del Product Manager Coordinator, si occuperà si occuperà di tutte le attività legate al ciclo di vita del prodotto di competenza (Chiller), supportando il team nella costruzione di un portafoglio prodotti allineato ai bisogni del business di riferimento.
**Nello specifico, Il Product Manager si occuperà di**:
- Condurre attività di analisi prodotto e mercato relativamente alla proposta técnica ed economica dei competitors; posizionamento gamma prodotti nel segmento market di appartenenza
- Ruolo attivo nelle fasi di realizzazione dei nuovi prodotti, garantendo un contenuto tecnico e prestazionale aggiornato alle nuove tendenze, e correttamente posizionato del punto di vista economico;
- Collaborerà nella realizzazione dei listini tecnici, nella creazione della relativa documentazione tecnico-commerciale e dei tools digitali necessari alla promozione, selezione e vendita dei prodotti;
- Collabora e mantiene frequenti e costanti le relazioni con le Filiali Europee del Gruppo, promuovendo il prodotto e trasferendone in maniera efficace i punti di forza;
- Collabora nella definizione e implementazione delle procedure e dei processi per migliorare l'efficacia e l'efficienza delle attività del team.
**Skills e technical skills**:
la ricerca è indirizzata a laureati in Ingegneria (preferibilmente Energy Engineering) che operano nei settori dell'HVAC e una pregressa esperienza (anche mínima) nel ruolo o in ruoli affini.
