For our Anagni production site, we are looking for a **MT Associate**.
**The role**:
- Lead successfully technical transfer and scale-up of new products
- Develop technical documentation (e.g., Process Flow Diagrams, Process Descriptions) to describe operation of the process at large scale
- Meet with client technical team to understand bench and pilot-scale data and develop in-process test strategy for manufacturing process at large scale.
He will be responsible of product and process development
- Monitor process data, identify trends, present data, and propose action as necessary and perform technical troubleshooting and support investigations of process issues
- Execute Process Validation and Continued Process Verification, issue the relevant documentation
- Participate in new technology evaluation and implementation in large scale manufacturing
- Effectively ensure batch execution
- Interact with Clients to ensure proper technical transfer and scale-up of formulae and processes into Clinical Manufacturing and out to commercial manufacturing
- Communicate effectively with management, quality unit, peers and colleagues within and outside the department for all manufacturing, quality and safety related issues
- Participate in SOP writing and review
- Participate in Master Batch record writing and review
- Participate in selected initiatives leading to the improvements on cGMP compliance, safety compliance and Productivity
