Despite its present-day multinational dimension, the group has never betrayed the human spirit and artisan production that characterised its early days, and these traits still exist today alongside the latest innovations in robotics and digitalisation.PositionFor our in-house Academy - the Talent Garage - we are seeking new graduates in STEM subjects interested in a post-graduate apprenticeship with Marchesini Group.POST-GRADUATE PROGRAMMEThe Programme is open to Management and Mechanical Engineering graduates interested in learning more about the management of orders in the automation and packaging industry.Through internal job rotation and the assignment of a gradually rising level of responsibility, you will learn the foundations of technical manual production, plant validation and project management.RequirementsBachelor or master degree in Mechanical or Management Engineering, interest in the industrial automation sector.Other informationThe programme will run for six months from September 2022, based at the Pianoro (Bologna) HQ.Video
