With technology, we turn spontaneous thoughts into meaningful experiences, helping people travel the world.Job Description We are looking for a Processes Integration Analyst to join our team of around 1,700 people worldwide to help us power up the traveller's journey for millions of holidaymakers.If you want to be part of the changes in our Business Processes and you are skilled in Business Analysis, keep on reading, as you might be the perfect fit for this job.The Job in Brief: Job Title: Processes Integration AnalystWorking model: Hybrid from SwitzerlandTeam: You will join the Tech4 Finance Process Integration team within the Technology department.Level: ProfessionalLocation: ChiassoContract: PermanentWhat Your Impact Will Be Your main focus would be to define and analyse business requirements and needs, being the bridge between the different internal stakeholders (mainly Legal, Tax, Finance, Commercial Dept) and Technology (e.G., Dev Teams, Architecture) in order to identify possible solutions:To meet the needs of the business simplifying its evolutions.To highlight what is strategically important in terms of information.To ensure the organisation best integrates its activities and flows.Key Responsibilities Perform analysis on order and processes through checks on DB, accounts, and transactions to identify and model current activities.Identification and representation of the possible solutions.Support Development teams on the functional design of the solution and validate it, defining and executing testing procedures.Support issue resolution and decision making related to Sales and Billing systems.Prepare functional documentation in order to keep track of analysis and solutions identified.Qualifications Your expertise:Degree in Economics, Engineering, or similar fields and/or previous knowledge acquired in your work experience.Knowledge of Excel, with good skills in pivot tables, formulas, etc.Ability to represent functional requirements and processes and solutions design.Fluent English, written and spoken.Desirable:Basic SQL language.Previous experience as a business analyst or similar role.Knowledge of Google Suite instruments.Additional Information Perks of Working with Us: An inclusive, friendly, and international environment (you'll be working with colleagues from +10 countries and over 48 nationalities).Shorter working week (36h), with a half working day on Fridays.Flexible start and end of the working day (with core hours from 10:00 to 4:00 pm).Possibility to work from anywhere for a period per year defined according to local regulations.How We Learn Together: Fri-Yays: half a day on Friday morning with a no-meeting mandate dedicated to personal growth, learning, and training.Access to e-learning platforms (e.G., Discovery, O'Reilly depending on the department), professional and managerial skills development training paths.Other Perks: 2 paid days off per year for volunteering purposes.Occasional social events to foster connections among colleagues.Travel industry discounts and flash exclusive staff fares.We support our employees through life's significant moments with leave options (e.G., parental responsibilities, marriages, bereavements, relocations, etc.)
