Per importante realtà manifatturiera con sede ad Egna selezioniamo un/a Sales Support.La risorsa, rispondendo al Sales Manager, si occuperà delle seguenti attività: • Gestione delle richieste del cliente dall'inizio alla fine del progetto rispettando le esigenze aziendali; • Redazione di offerte e inserimento ordini; • Verifica che l'ordine venga consegnato nei tempi concordati; • Assistenza post vendita, eventuali richieste/ programmazione di manutenzioni/reclami.Il/la candidato/a ideale è in possesso dei seguenti requisiti: • Ottima conoscenza dell'inglese ed eventualmente del francese; • Ottime capacità comunicative e predisposizione al contatto con la clientela; • Predisposizione al problem solving; • Particolare predisposizione al coinvolgimento e alla motivazione del team di lavoro; • Buona conoscenza dei programmi MS Office e di ERP e CRM.L'azienda offre contratto full time, da lunedì a venerdì.RAL e inquadramento da definire sulla base dell'esperienza e delle capacità del/la candidato/a ideale.
