La nostra azienda A2A è alla ricerca di un Investor Relations Specialist
che possa supportare il nostro team di Investor Relations nella gestione delle relazioni e della comunicazione con azionisti, obbligazionisti, investitori istituzionali ed altri operatori di mercato.
Compiti e responsabilità:- Gestire le attività di marketing finanziario, dall'analisi e selezione degli operatori di mercato e pianificazione di incontri con la comunità finanziaria, alla preparazione di materiale di supporto dedicato;
- Supportare le altre Funzioni Aziendali interessate in relazione alla divulgazione di informazioni, price e non price sensitive, relative all'andamento della gestione della Società assicurandone coerenza e compatibilità con l'informativa periodica (obbligatoria e non) delle società quotate;
- Sviluppare ed aggiornare periodicamente documenti ed analisi finanziarie (investor financial guide book, consensus stime analisti, etc);
- Supportare l'analisi dell'evoluzione della base azionaria della Società e la predisposizione della disclosure sulle tematiche di governance e politiche di remunerazione;
- Collaborare, anche con altre funzioni aziendali, alla predisposizione di presentazioni agli investitori istituzionali e alle agenzie di rating in occasione dei risultati finanziari, di operazioni straordinarie e roadshow;
- Gestire e sviluppare, in collaborazione con le preposte funzioni aziendali, la sezione Investor Relations del sito Internet aziendale nonché garantire l'aggiornamento delle informazioni inerenti la Società presso piattaforme pubbliche e dei data providers finanziari (ad es., CONSOB, Borsa Italiana, Bloomberg, etc.);
- Supporto ad attività ed implementazione di iniziative in ambito ESG;
- Laurea Magistrale in Economia, Finanza o percorsi affini;
- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in un ruolo analogo;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata; la conoscenza di un'ulteriore lingua rappresenta un plus;
- Ottima conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici;
- Conoscenza ed utilizzo di Bloomberg e/o di altri applicativi per il monitoraggio dei mercati;
- Capacità di comunicare, spiccate doti relazionali, flessibilità e problem solving, capacità e propensione al lavoro in team, ottime capacità analitiche, precisione e autonomia organizzativa;
- Flessibilità nella gestione del tempo e dello spazio di lavoro (Smartworking fino al 60% dell'orario di lavoro su base bimestrale);
- Opzioni per il car sharing e la conversione del premio di risultato in benefit di welfare;
