Descrizione del ruolo:Siamo alla ricerca di un HR Specialist Junior da inserire nel nostro team Risorse Umane. La figura sarà responsabile di supportare le principali attività HR quotidiane e contribuirà alla gestione e allo sviluppo del nostro capitale umano. La persona ideale è una giovane risorsa motivata e dinamica, con un forte interesse per la gestione delle persone.Responsabilità principali:Gestione delle presenze: Supportare il team HR nella gestione delle presenze del personale (ferie, malattia, permessi, etc.) utilizzando il gestionale HR di riferimento, garantendo l’accuratezza dei dati e la conformità alle politiche aziendali,Controllo delle buste paga: Collaborare con il consulente esterno per il controllo e la verifica delle buste paga,Gestione dei ticket restaurant: Amministrare la distribuzione e il monitoraggio dei ticket restaurant, affinché vengano forniti correttamente ai dipendenti, in base alle policy aziendali.Verifica e aggiornamento dei dati aziendali: Mantenere aggiornati i database relativi ai dipendenti, inserendo correttamente le informazioni inerenti alle anagrafiche.Supporto alla Gestione: Formazione obbligatoria ,Visite Mediche e Welfare AziendaleCompetenze e qualifiche richieste:Laurea in Psicologia, Economia, Giurisprudenza o discipline affini;Esperienza pregressa, anche breve, in ambito HR (es. stage o tirocinio) rappresenta un plus;Conoscenza di base della legislazione del lavoro italiana;Buona padronanza dei principali strumenti informatici (Microsoft Office, Excel);Ottime capacità comunicative e relazionali;Attitudine al lavoro in team e gestione dei rapporti interpersonali;Proattività, precisione e forte orientamento al risultato.Cosa offriamo:Contratto CCNL Commercio Un'opportunità di lavorare in un team dinamico e in un ambiente stimolante.Possibilità di sviluppare competenze trasversali in un contesto in continua evoluzione.Un ambiente di lavoro inclusivo, giovane e collaborativo.No Smart Working
