We are a Cloud & Cybersecurity Provider, our focus is to provide medium-sized and large companies with Cloud services at the highest level of reliability and performance, integrated with Cybersecurity solutions that protect their data and applications.

We are looking for a curious and proactive colleague to join our Accounting, Finance and Controlling team as Junior Controller.

The candidate will support the Senior Controller and the Finance team in planning, analysis, monitoring and economic-financial reporting activities of Reevo Group, collaborating in the elaboration of budget, forecast and monthly and quarterly closings, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

  1. Cooperating in the production and analysis of the company's budget and forecast.
  2. Support in the monthly and quarterly reporting process to management and the Group CFO.
  3. Performing variance analysis and identify corrective actions.
  4. Actively participate in the management and implementation of controlling processes.
  5. Provide support in preparing specific reports and economic-financial KPIs.
  6. Interfacing with various company functions to gather useful information for the analysis and supervision of company performance.

You will have the opportunity to join a young and dynamic team, progressively gaining more responsibility and autonomy in the role.

The ideal candidate meets the following requirements:

Hard Skills:

  1. Master's degree in Economics/Finance or equivalent.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in Controlling and/or in a Big Four auditing firm.
  3. Advanced knowledge of Excel and familiarity with ERP systems and Business Intelligence tools.

Language knowledge:

  1. Good command of Italian and English, both written and spoken is mandatory.
  2. Good command of French and/or Spanish is a plus.

Soft Skills:

  1. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in team.
  3. Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
