Our Client is a Fintech Company, their cloud platform is one of the world's most powerful solutions for wealth management, banking, credit, and insurance. The technology, together with the global ecosystem of regulated financial services providers, opens up new opportunities for banks, insurance companies, asset managers, IFAs and consumer brands to quickly and flexibly offer their own and third-party financial solutions through existing or new customer channels.
About this role
Our client is expanding rapidly across multiple European markets (including France, Poland, Italy, Spain, and the UK) and is seeking Senior Business Consultant with a "T-shaped" skill set-combining deep technical/architectural knowledge and consultative sales capabilities. In this role, you will engage with C-level executives, guiding them from strategy to implementation of cutting-edge digital solutions. You'll shape new markets, open new revenue streams, and help major financial institutions modernise their core systems and data integration workflows.
Your responsibilities
- Architectural & Technical Expertise: Understand core systems, how data is structured/unstructured, and how to integrate workflows; advise clients' CTOs and technical teams to ensure smooth adoption of the platform.
- Consultative Sales: Identify and develop new business opportunities by offering tailored solutions (e.g. Wealth, Credit, Insurance), using a B2B, white-labelled approach.
- Entrepreneurial Market Development: Kickstart growth in multiple regions, adapting to diverse market needs and collaborating with HQ to drive product innovation.
- Client Engagement: Lead high-level client discussions to uncover pain points, propose solutions, and coordinate technical deep-dives with architecture teams.
- Relationship Management: Build trusted partnerships with existing and prospective clients, ensuring long-term collaboration and delivering value across their organisations.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional colleagues (e.g. sales, product, tech) to implement strategic go-to-market initiatives and maintain consistent messaging.
Your qualifications, skills, and experience
- 3–7 years' professional experience in financial services focused on Wealth Management, ideally in digital transformation or platform solutions. Key knowledge of relevant regional financial advice frameworks.
- Proven track record balancing technical depth (core systems, data analytics, solution architecture) with a consultative, commercial approach to sales.
- Comfort engaging with C-level stakeholders, able to articulate complex technical concepts in clear business terms.
- Entrepreneurial spirit-comfortable operating in multicultural environments and driving growth in new regions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle complexity and deliver results quickly.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages (French, Italian, Spanish, Polish) are required for regional roles.
