Per le nostre attività in Veneto, stiamo cercando un/una Ingegnere di Manutenzione Junior da inserire nel nostro team Materiale Rotabile e Impianti. Siamo aperti a valutare sia studenti che neolaureati in Ingegneria.

Cosa farai:

Entrerai a far parte di un team motivato e innovativo, dove il tuo contributo sarà fondamentale per il raggiungimento di importanti obiettivi ambientali, sociali e tecnologici. Sarai coinvolto/a in attività stimolanti, tra cui:

  • Gestire gare di appalto veicoli (redazione di capitolati tecnici, valutazione offerte tecniche ed economiche, supervisione dei collaudi).
  • Contribuire a politiche di rinnovo e investimento del parco mezzi, definendo strategie innovative.
  • Partecipare a progetti pionieristici che introducono tecnologie a basse emissioni (gas e CNG) e a zero emissioni (biogas, elettricità).
  • Implementare soluzioni per ridurre le emissioni di gas serra e ottimizzare gli impianti in linea con obiettivi di qualità, costo e tempo.
  • Monitorare e gestire contratti di manutenzione esternalizzata, assicurando qualità ed efficienza.
  • Digitalizzare e innovare i sistemi di monitoraggio della flotta e dei processi manutentivi.
  • Monitorare KPI di manutenzione per garantire l'affidabilità dei veicoli e il rispetto del budget.
Requisiti:
  • Laurea (anche in corso) in Ingegneria del Trasporti, Meccanica, Elettrica, Energetica o affini.
  • Interesse per la mobilità sostenibile e le tecnologie innovative.
  • Capacità analitiche e problem-solving, con un approccio proattivo e orientato ai risultati.
  • Conoscenza di base di software tecnici e gestionali (es. CAD, software di diagnostica).
  • Desiderio di lavorare in team e di contribuire a progetti di grande impatto.
