Project Manager Freelance - Energy & Utilities - Hybrid work

Ci occupiamo di supportare le aziende nella trasformazione digitale e nel miglioramento della performance della direzione ICT in Italia, Europa, Medio Oriente e Africa.

Siamo alla ricerca di Project Manager freelance per progetto in partenza nel settore Energy & Utilities.

Responsabilità:

  • Gestire tutte le fasi del progetto, dalla pianificazione alla chiusura, garantendo il raggiungimento degli obiettivi.
  • Collaborare con stakeholder interni ed esterni per definire requisiti tecnici e funzionali, e tradurli in piani di progetto dettagliati.
  • Coordinare i team di sviluppo e supporto tecnico, monitorando le attività per assicurare qualità e conformità alle aspettative del cliente.
  • Gestire e mitigare i rischi del progetto, fornendo soluzioni efficaci per eventuali problematiche.
  • Assicurare la comunicazione continua e il reporting periodico agli stakeholder, mantenendo trasparenza e allineamento.
  • Contribuire al miglioramento dei processi interni e supportare la strategia di trasformazione digitale per il settore Energy & Utilities.

Requisiti richiesti:

  • Laurea Specialistica in Ingegneria (preferibilmente Gestionale/Telecomunicazioni/Informatica) o Economia o cultura equivalente.
  • Esperienza di almeno 5 anni in società di consulenza o aziende del settore ICT, preferibilmente nel settore Energy & Utilities.
  • Esperienza consolidata nella gestione di progetti complessi di implementazione ICT.
  • Competenze in metodologie di Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) e capacità di utilizzare strumenti di gestione (Jira, MS Project).
  • Conoscenza delle tecnologie specifiche del settore Energy & Utilities, come IoT, smart metering, gestione delle reti, e sistemi ERP.

Nice to have:

  • Certificazioni PMI, ISIPM, IPMA, PRINCE2, ITIL.
