Casa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel belonging to Marriott International, is currently recruiting a F&B Support expert/Commis de rang.

Reporting to the F&B Outlets Manager, the role will cover any tasks related to the F&B service in any of our four outlets.

  • This is a full-time position, 5 days a week with 2 days off.
  • The starting date is estimated in February/March.

We look for people who love to create memorable experiences around food and drink and to leave a mark on the F&B department.

Casa Brera is an unexpected gateway in the heart of Brera which opened its doors in August 2024. Reinterpreted by Studio Urquiola, Casa Brera features 116 sophisticated guestrooms including 15 suites and the Milanese Suite. A Culinary hub, here flavors and sounds from different places seamlessly interlace. "Living" is a welcoming space for guests to socialize over aperitivo and Milanese light bites. By night, the rooftop's sky bar transforms into an unmissable destination, with a pool and lounge areas providing the perfect spot to soak up the energy and skyline of the city.

As one of our F&B Support Experts, you'll make sure you know every dish on the menu, so you can make recommendations and answer any questions customers may have. You'll make sure their food and drinks are served quickly, efficiently and with a smile - and if there are any issues, you'll deal with them right away. What you'll do

  • Serve food and beverage items to guests.
  • Ensure that all customers enjoy an authentic and efficient service, and check with them that the dining experience is meeting their expectations.
  • Support the team to ensure that the outlet is set up and ready for each service period.
  • Prepare and restock outlet inventory.
  • Clean tables, complete closing duties and re-stock tableware and other supplies.
  • Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver prior to use.
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines.
  • Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
  • Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.

What you'll need:

  • Passion for the luxury lifestyle hospitality industry.
  • A warm, people-oriented demeanor and a team-player attitude.
  • At least intermediate knowledge of Italian and English.
  • A safety-first approach.
  • Positive outlook and dependability.
  • Previous experience in similar roles is an advantage.
