You have significant experience in Bid / Program or at least several years in Procurement / Supply Operations?

The PPM (Procurement Project Manager) systematically acts as the end-to-end Project manager of the purchased share all along the lifecycle of Products, Bids and Programs.

Main objectives:

  1. To provide competitiveness and business opportunities through supply chain and innovation, guaranteeing Products / Bids / Programs objectives.
  2. To guarantee expectations are endorsed by procurement Segments and procurement Strategies are taken into account in Products / Bids / Programs.
  3. To ensure that Procurement organization is acting as a business partner to internal customers.
  4. To represent Procurement, working with Capture Team Leader and Bid Manager to provide the best supply chain contribution matching with Bid targets.
  5. To define the overall strategy for the acquisition of the project.
  6. To set up and coordinate co-engineering plateau with strategic suppliers.
  7. To propose bundles and/or partnership with Suppliers.
  8. To manage multi equipment Purchase Vet (PVET) process for reviews at Bid Level.
  9. To issue Procurement and Supply Operations final quote (through QDV and e-Acq WPD).
  10. To report to Bid / Program team, coordinating with Supplier Operations and Procurement contributions until equipment deliveries, or until contract signatures if focused on procurement only (high recurrence level during execution phase).
