Position SummaryWe are looking for an enthusiastic HR Manager dedicated to our Lainate (MI) Plant. The successful candidate will execute all Human Resources activities for our 90+ employees site.
Essential Responsibilities- Partner with local and European leaders while implementing HR strategies aimed at delivering business objectives and meeting company targets.
- Ensure implementation of standardized processes and policies according to company strategy and local needs.
- Drive organization development based on input received from senior management and line managers according to business strategy, budget, and group guidelines.
- Manage talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, and development programs including individual development plans for talents.
- Support and coach line managers and leaders while making strategic decisions and driving organizational effectiveness.
- Address issues with mandatory employment legislation and ensure compliance with local legal regulations.
- Manage labor relations.
- Manage relations between the company, trade union organizations, and industrial associations.
- Ensure management of headcounts, labor costs, and workforce planning based on defined budget.
- Execute the recruitment process.
- Drive engagement and culture-related strategies.
- Participate in special projects for both the local business and broader CCT organization as needed.
- Partner with local EHS to drive a culture of safe practices throughout the site.
- Follow GDPR local requirements, partnering with the legal function in HQ.
- Identify training needs, determine cost-effective solutions, coordinate, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of the training, partnering with functions dedicated to certifications management.
- Manage internal communication.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources management or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of work experience in a related occupation.
- Strong professional experience as an HRM in a multinational and manufacturing company.
- Self-motivated, self-directed, and highly organized.
- Good English knowledge.
- Empathic and operative person with a can-do approach.
- Passion for operation and business, curiosity, and attitude to challenge the status quo and conservative positions.
