Position: Manager - Cluster Sport Results Manager

At Deloitte Consulting, we're seeking a dynamic and inspirational leader to join our team as a Cluster Sport Results Manager. This is your chance to be part of the Olympic Movement, driving innovative solutions for the largest and most meaningful sporting event on earth – the Olympic Games.
Your RoleAs a Cluster Sport Results Manager, you will lead with purpose and passion, collaborating with top executives and stakeholders to deliver excellence in sport results management. Your strategic insights and leadership will be crucial in ensuring seamless results services across all Olympic venues.
- Lead and Inspire: Guide a talented team, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
- Strategic Planning: Oversee the planning and readiness of Results Services, coordinating with MiCo Technology, Timing and Scoring providers, Deloitte service managers, and MiCo26 Functional Areas.
- Key Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for the IOC and International Federations regarding results, ensuring alignment and smooth communication.
- Innovate and Collaborate: Participate in defining and validating the Olympic Data Feed, consolidating venue requirements, and ensuring all facilities meet the highest standards.
- Analyze and Improve: Work with sport results managers to identify gaps between Test events and the Games, providing impactful reports to MiCo26.
- Proven Expertise: Demonstrated experience in results management at Olympic Games, multi-sport events, World Championships, or World Cups. Knowledge of ORIS, PRIS, and ODF processes is a significant asset.
- Leadership Skills: Experience in client, process, and people management, along with strong project and risk management capabilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Understanding of software applications and integration, with familiarity with tools like ServiceNow, Smartsheet, and Jira.
- Language Skills: Fluency in English (both oral and written) is essential. Italian and French proficiency is a plus.
