We are looking for a Site Technical Director to join our Arquictecture team in Luxembourg to participate and lead the coordination of the three disciplines into which the team is divided (Structure, Architecture, and MEP) for a large scale architecural project .

ABOUT YOU

Apply if you…

  • Have studied a Degree in Engineering, Architecture or similiar.
  • Have minimum 15 years of experience as a Site Technical Director on large scale Building Construction projects.
  • Have experience understanding the needs of the project at each phase and coordinating with the heads of each discipline the best strategy to address and solve them:
  • Promote the necessary workshops with the general contractor for unresolved issues.
  • On site technical solutions design.
  • Review of value engineering proposals carried out by the general contractor.
  • Supervision of the workshop drawings that have to be approved for the authorisation of works.
  • Have experience in leading all technical communications and meetings with both the client and the general contractor, understanding the needs and priorities of each party to find the best solution according to time, cost, and quality criteria:
  • Leading technical meetings of each discipline with the client and the general contractor.
  • Leading operational meetings to identify risks, progress of works, and hot points to be resolved.
  • Leading internal meetings with each discipline to organise deliveries and reviews as well as to analyse the progress of the work.
  • Have experience on daily domonitoring of the works that will be carried out, identifying critical points in advance, and anticipating solutions before they can negatively influence the progress of the works.
  • Are aware of all open workflows to keep track of them and avoid delays in both directions.
  • Have experience supporting the Cost Team and the Planning team.
  • A great technical and process knowledge of singular building construction is required.
  • Are you a team player with technical excellence.
  • Can you work independently with a flair for innovation.
  • Do you have an advanced level of English. Knowledge of French would be an advantage.
