**Your challenges:
- Implementation of human resource management policies and strategies;
- Supporting Managers and Employees across the business in all HR matters;
- Driving employee engagement programs;
- Keeping HRIS system up to date;
- Coordination of HR projects for specified area of activity;
- Headcount management with the Heads of the Departments;
- Management of well being initiatives;
- Define training priorities and implement training plan
- Follow-up of employees management KPIs
