Reporting to the IMC & CPA Value Stream Manager, as **ACT & CPA Specialist **you will be responsible to follow the entire order management process into production plant, from quotation phase to shipment finalization for CPA (Control Panel Assembly) orders. You will be also accountable for the accurate order execution, Production BOM & Drawings according to the customer requirements.

**In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be**:

- Analyze the final quote of CPA orders according to project specifications, technical clarifications / deviations list, closing the gaps before order entry into plant IT system
- Lead the plant LT, including Order Entry phase. Ensuring the sub-orders placement is according to needed LT. Expediting sub-suppliers when needed trough Supply chain office. Lead documentation timely submittal according to the agreed document list (including turnarounds)
- Implement and support the common “make” automation rules including selection of schematics, selection/sizing of components and tubing, engineering rules and best practices
- Handle the common global library for engineering schematics, components, assembly drawings, BOM repository
- Lead internal contract review.
- Generate Production BOM from Sales BOM received by Sales team & review/approve schematic drawings
- Provide support to Actuation Supply chain in selecting and ordering the accurate CPA components
- Provide technical support to the VSM & Production workers to get the right information to accurately execute the project
- If requested, participate to internal KOM/Customer KOM to close the gaps on technical requirements
- Support resolutions on customer comments on submitted documentation: check the submitted comments before sharing with relevant functions (Engineering, Quality, Testing, etc.)
- Manage customer change orders
- Support PMO/Sales in running customer expectations during execution phase
- Supports plant project execution within defined timeframe; proactively handles risks and potential delays; supports PM in margin growing, according to defined strategy
- Ensures Quality procedures and technical details are performed according to EMR / Customer requirements
- Tackle critical points of the project in a proactive way, guaranteeing the delivery of the product within requirements
- Pro-actively lead order shipments according to POR target, ensuring sales target is reached according to the forecast

**For This Role, You Will Need**:

- Technical degree or equivalent experience in Engineering or related field
- Proficient in English
- Proven experience in the actuators manufacturing industry
- Good knowledge of the Office Package (especially Excel), and preferably MRP system
- Good knowledge of technical drawings and operating diagrams
- Excellent communication skills
